Practice Policies

We appreciate having you as a patient in our practice. We'll do everything possible to deliver the highest-quality care in a safe and comfortable environment.

So that we might all enjoy a smooth working relationship, we ask you to take a couple of minutes to read over our practice policies. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact our patient accounts manager at (402) 573-9442. She'll be happy to address your concerns.

Dental-fitness care

Regular follow-up is very important in maintaining long-lasting dental health. We therefore encourage our patients to adhere to the schedule of recommended visits. We'll advise you when it's time for your next visit and help you with appointments that best suit you and your busy schedule.

Appointments

Because our patients' time is valuable, we strive to keep their waiting time to a minimum. Therefore, we're able to see our patients on an appointment basis only (with the exception of emergencies).

We consider an appointment made to be an agreement and commitment between our office and you, and we rely on you to abide by that agreement. If you're not able to keep an appointment, please phone our office at (402) 573-9442 within 24 hours of that appointment. This will enable us to schedule another appointment for you while allowing us to fill your slot with another patient in need.

Emergencies

Because emergencies do arise, we ask your patience and understanding if they affect your appointment. We'll try to inform you of any necessary schedule changes ahead of time whenever possible.

If you experience an emergency, please call the office right away and we'll do everything possible to get you in at the earliest opportunity. If we're out of the office or it's after office hours, we have an answering service available for emergencies. Just call (402) 449-6835 and a dentist will return your call.

Financial options

During your first visit, our patient accounts manager will meet with you and go over the financial options available at our office. She'll arrange the most suitable method of payment for your care. You can direct any inquiries about your account to Kelly and she'll be happy to assist you.

Insurance

As a courtesy to our patients, we take care of all insurance billing. We ask that you assign your insurance benefits to this office. It's a policy of our office to have the patient pay the co-pay portion at the time of appointment.

Should a problem arise with your insurance payments, we'll do our best to resolve the matter with your insurance company. If necessary, we'll request that you contact your insurance company to assist with the resolution of any problem.
